Items are shipped using USPS mail, as it's proven to be the most reliable over the years. Other options are available as listed in checkout.
For now, we only ship within the continental US.
* In-stock items take 1-3 business days in processing. All orders ship from our Seattle location.
*All Art Prints (as they are made-to-order) take between 1-3 weeks in printing/processing prior to shipping. Please reach out via the Contact form if you would like your art print expedited for a rush fee.
RETURNS
*Please check all details carefully before ordering - especially the size measurements of art prints. We strongly suggest using a physical ruler to estimate dimensions in your room prior to placing order.
We want you to love your Art!
We take care to make sure every product is 100% perfect. Keeping in mind that all products are printed in small batches by a local small business:
- Greeting cards are not returnable, as they are very susceptible to damage in return shipping. If you have a very serious problem with your greeting cards, reach out within 15 days of receiving order.
- All returns for Art Prints must be initiated within 15 days of when item is received for full refund, and must be in original resaleable condition. Use the Return Form (below) to reach out.
- Returns are accepted on damaged or otherwise compromised Art Prints, & must be submitted within 15 days. Submit your request using the form in order to receive a full refund or merchandise credit. Please submit photos documenting damage on arrival, if applicable. For any other issues or requests, please use the return form (below) to reach out.
- Customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item for return. Please use tracking with return shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping. Beyond 30 days, no returns or exchanges are allowed, under any circumstance.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED BY USING THE RETURN FORM BELOW. Please state the order number & reason for return.
